Contemplative Arts Lab grew out of my want to practice meditative movement and space awareness modalities. Due to the ensemble nature of these practices, I was called to start a group of like minded individuals who meet periodically to explore and play together.​ As a kick start to our new session of Contemplative Arts Lab I am excited to announce that we will be hosting Lee Worley to teach a Mudra Space Awareness workshop!
